Overview


Almost all of our staff have technical backgrounds in either IT, engineering or project management. People at Zetta love problem solving, are familiar the latest technologies and are regularly developing and applying solutions using best practice principles.

We have a very flexible and dynamic working environment. This reflects the demands of our clients and as a result the weekly and even daily activities of our staff can change quickly. No matter the position they're in, they are unlikely to go a day without learning something new. We look for staff who can not only accommodate this environment but thrive in it. Our staff have high workloads and the resulting pressure that is associated with this. That said we believe in working hard and taking the time off when you need it. ZettaServe working hours are flexible and negotiable with managers.

A working environment where you take charge

Our working environment is structured but relaxed. Every employer says something to this effect but its means something different at Zetta. Our environment is open; anyone at any level can present ideas in an open forum. Ideas are challenged on a technical not personal level. We always look to foster technical excellence and subject matter experts regularly provide seminars and teach others.

We have developed a friendly and technically challenging environment that is essential for an organisation to prosper. This is no better represented by our staff turnover rate that's always been significantly below the industry average.
